I would like to report the loss of a gold pendant during my journey on 18 April 2026 while travelling from Wakad to Borivali by Neeta Travels. I was carrying two trolley bags, and the gold pendant was kept in one of the trolleys, which has since been found missing. Third class service in now a days.No cleanliness.No time management. There is no value to customers time. For neeta travels Kolhapur to Pune, the minimum fare is 400 to 500 rupees for single way. Distance between Kolhapur to Pune is near about 230-260km. Normally our vehicle takes 4hrs to maximum 5 hrs to reach at last stop. And these people takes 6-7 hrs to travel. Sometimes at difficult conditions like traffic or bad climate customers can...

I book Ticket on[protected], booked by Make My Trip by booking ID NU[protected] PNR NO. 30088055 BUS NO. 3001 ... Bus Time 1.30 from Jodhpur.. Start at 3.00pm and After 3 hrs they drop between way to Jodhpur .. I get Loss of Rs. 5000/= Operator Returned Rs. 1500/- only.....

I hd booked ticket from Hyderabad to pune through an travel agent at Miyapur in Neeta tour & travel on Dated 18/09/2011 seat No is Given me 22. I had recived same conformation in SMS that the ticket is booked in neeta bus.
But i got terrible experiance when i took bus, the person in bus is not allowed and said that he can arrenge in another travel (Omer Travels). i had shown confromation SMS to bus operator, But he started argumenent...

Formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor service I received from Ankit travels/Neeta Tours & Travels in connection with my recent travel booking (PNR Reference No: [[protected]]).
On [05-May-25(Neeta Tours & Travels], I purchased bus booking through your agency Ankit Travels. Unfortunately, the service fell short of what was promised and expected. Specifically:
• #1 – I was charged INR 1, 200 (INR 600 per seat for two passengers) by Ankit Travels for a journey from Mahabaleshwar to Pune. However, my co-passenger, traveling a significantly longer distance from Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai, was charged only INR 550. This stark discrepancy in fares is unreasonable and unacceptable.
• #2 – I was traveling with my 2-year-old infant, and the journey was extremely uncomfortable due to the poor condition of the bus, which was comparable to — or worse than — a government MSRTC (ST) bus. Additionally, there was an unreasonable delay caused by the driver's attempt to fill all the seats during our travel. Although the agency had confirmed a drop-off time of 6:30 PM, we did not reach our destination until approximately 7:55 PM, which is highly disappointing.
• #3 – Additionally, the driver and the assistant (cleaner) dropped us at the wrong location, approximately 2 kilometers away from our intended destination. To make matters worse, they immediately drove off with the bus, leaving us stranded. The area they left us in was unfamiliar and it was extremely difficult to find local transportation from there, which is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. Moreover, the staff displayed extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, even showing aggression towards female passengers. Such conduct is completely unacceptable and understandably caused great frustration and distress.
Despite my attempts to resolve the issue by contacting your customer service executive on 06-May, I have not received an adequate response or solution. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I have decided never to travel with Neeta Travels again. I also intend to share my experience widely to ensure others are aware of the poor quality of service and can make informed decisions.
I am requesting the following to resolve this matter:
Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and inform me of the steps being taken to resolve it.

I had a booked a trip from mumbai to mahabaleshwar from neeta agency unfortunately they had provided me yash yatra bus till that it was fine after check in the hotel was not good as expected moreover when the sight seeing part started the cab driver was worst and dint listen a single thing to stop any spot coming in between big spot like mapro garden was missed amusement park missed, still i had complaint to the agency but as now they took the money as journey started in bus and i was left helpless only after coming back have to take action so no more further people should be mis guide. I will not suggest to go with such pathetic agency who took money and mis guide.

I am traveling from Mumbai to Nashik wherein I was given a broken seat, further to which I refused to seat there and sat on another seat leading to lot of arguments and other passenger shouting and talking disrespectfully.
They replaced my seat at the first seat, leading to lot of inconvenience, small space to go towards out door leading to all passengers going in and out hitting on my leg, plus hitting me with luggage also. This is a really ar experience, while they are charging for the seat and services but seats and services are not as per what we pay. Request refund for all the inconveniences caused to us plus mental trauma in the complete journey.

The seat assigned to me is broken leading to argument with other passengers and also replacement seat was given in the first row leading to lot of disturbance and due to no space near door all passengers hitting my leg and going.

I'm travelling with 8 passenger with "Booking PNR[protected] Bus Info - Bus No:MH-02-ER-4428, Bus Suffix: N.T Swami, PickupMan No:[protected], Driver No: [protected], Driver2 No: [protected]." - MANTIS.

This ticket is upto madgaon and driver dropping us till Panjim only. Also bus driver and cleaner misbehaving. Need help

I had booked seat on the front side of the bus as per seat available on the mobile application and paid charges as per that. I had boarded bus from Kandivali west Samata Nagar at 6.50 am and the seat allotted to me by bus conductor is at the end of the bus which is really painfull as it is jumping and get feeling of vomitting sensation.

The ticket no is TR[protected] and bus no is :MH47Y6323.

Request you to look into this and refund the amount charged to me.

Late departure instead of 1 the bus departed at 3 This is the 2nd tym m facing the same problem first they say at wakad(pune) you will be getting the bus and when we reached the bus already departed and currently right now we are just chasing that bus like horrible horrible if there is negative rating i would give that worst service trust me i wont recommed anyone to travel FALCON is the best from pune to Udaipur.

And when we said the bus driver that we will give 1 rating he was like haha who cares!

I seem to have dropped my wallet .it has my documents pertaining to my college and my identity card . My wallet is black in colour

I Booked a Bus from Chembur to Pune by Red Bus, but on time of Bus Conductor want to permission from local agent, and they both abusing with me,
After i can call to no which is provide by Red Bus conductor said bus is departed you can come 1.5 KM for Catch the Bus
Then i book auto with pay 100 Rs i am an Austhmatic patient it's trouble full for me

Incident description: I went to Neeta Travels office near Pune Railway station to book 2 tickets for the same day to Vadodara. The ticket agent told me that all the seats are full and non AC prices are too high. I agreed and the booking agent found the ticket prices on the phone. First, he booked two tickets for 2400 rupees for the Neeta Volvo bus and canceled them saying that he did it by mistake. The fare was increased and then later he charged 2800 rupees. He didn't give any receipt just saying that you can show the message to the bus driver and told me the bus is very clean and comfortable. He told me that he will drop me and the accompanying passenger at the boarding point (Wakdewadi) at his cost since ticket prices were high but he didn't pay the auto fare. I paid the auto fare (60 rs) at the boarding point. When I got into the bus (NL-01-B-2246), the bus was in very poor condition. Untidy sheets and the linen on the bus were also in a bad condition. They later allowed many passengers from villages who would not have paid the premium fare which I had paid. The bus conductor made them sleep and sit on the aisle leaving bare minimum space to walk. The curtain on my side was damaged and when I asked the conductor, he said it has to be repaired. Everything was in a bad shape.

The journey from Pune to Vadodara was horrible given the premium ticket price which I had paid. Also, the bus never entered the city so I had to manage the taxi fare on my own to reach home. Neeta Volvo is a big name but their quality of buses is the same as other travel buses. I would ask the company to issue a full refund for my trip. The trip was very inconvenient.

This is to inform you that my brother and I have been traveling from Mumbai to Pune on 27th March, 2022 and we are thoroughly disappointed with your service on the following grounds:
1) The air-conditioner of the bus had stopped working even before we had left Mumbai. It was extremely suffocating to travel like that for four hours.
2) The drop point mentioned was "Maldhakka Chowk near Pune Station" but the driver had dropped all o[censored]s at Swargate, misguiding its passengers.
No form of cooperation was extended in spite of this horrible service and I would like to inform you that we had fallen sick after this horrendous journey. This is absolutely unacceptable and unexpected. Kindly look into the same.

Today I travelled from pune to kolhapur dispatch time of the bus was 4pm but it took 2 more hours cuz driver was trying to get passenger without valid booking,

He also charged me ₹500 for my baggage which was not even 10kg and as i asked for recipt pf the payment he asked me to get out from bus

Worst service will never ever travel by neeta again...

My mother was is 7- yrs old was travelling from Mumbai(Borivali) to Pune.her dropping point was mentioned by me while booking the ticket on 3 rd Dec as Aundh Bremen Chowk, but she was dropped in the middle of the highway before climbing the bridge, she was new to the place so she didn't know, she couldn't cross the road with her 3 luggage nor an auto would stop in the middle of the Highway.
Most disappointed with a reputed company tendering such service to a senior citizen, she could have been dropped on one side of the road not in the middle of an Highway.
