Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — poor technical service and support | |
I booked 4 shivshahi seats from panjim to kolhapur on 14 may 2019 for the bus on 15 may 2019. Firstly money got deducted and ticket didn’t came on my email. Then i had to call customer care for it. They too were such a busy that 15 minutes no one was available on call. Later when they received call they gaved me ticket number and asked me to email to msrtchelp&gmail.com. After 2 hours ticket came. Now i had to cancel 3 tickets out of 4 due to family emergency. I tried login to my portal it said activate your account to login. No activation link was came to email i’d. I also wrote email for technical help. No one responded. I tried while night for activating link and getting refund. No one responded. Today on 15 morning i came for bus at panjim bus stand and visited msrtc office. They simply said it’s not possible because you did it online. Such a vague statement. Very poor service by msrtc this is 3 rd experience, where we have not got support from msrtc. Rs 1760 went for no reason Was this information helpful? | |

MSRTC Mulshi-Tailbail ST is not coming on Time Regularly from Shivajinagar, Pune always coming 3 to 4 hrs late. People's getting so much tiredness. What are the MSRTC doing?
