Date 8-May-16, Shivneri Bus which was supposed to depart at 6:00 am, had left at 5:30 am itself. We reached the Shivaji Nagar bus stop at 5:40 am & the person at the ticket counter said that the Bus time is 5:30 from last 1 and a half years and it is mentioned incorrectly on the official website.

MSRTC — About compulsory print out of ticket
As in indian rail way, they do not required print out of tickets to save the paper. Msrtc should start that policy because one sms will beneficial than print out of ticket. So msrtc should start sms policy of ticket.MSRTC — Txn failure ,amt debited in credit card
