Respected sir/madam,
Am bhakti biradar, i have booked msrtc e-ticket through your portal on 10/11/2018.
I have faced very embarrassing & unethical moment on this journey, because of your transaction gate-way. I have providing all the details below.

When i was reached & to be seated on my own reservation seat, then the respective conductor of the bus came & told, seat is not reserved; your name is not displaying in my updated list; so you can pay the full charges of your udgir to aurangabad journey. So i have paid all the fair amount 645/- rs.
I have enclosed all the details: 1) ticket 2) amount deducted sms 3) icici bank details; please go through it.
Need to clear our transaction, as soon as possible amount of ticket will be deposited on transaction account.
