Sir i am a cenior citizen who work over 30yrs for msrtc today i was travelling to khamgaon-akola by my family pass but the lady conductor name (S. S. Barde khamgaon depot) was not allowing us to sit in the bus as i have pass she was talking me rudely and donot give me entry in bus so please take strict action against her. Your affectionately R. R.
