Hello my name dattatray suryawanshi today 22nd feb 2020, i tried to book ticket from pune swarget to kolhapur by for date 23rd feb 2020 but after completing my transaction amount get deducted from my bank account but billdesk shows message ticket booking failed. I booked ticket from Pune to Kolhapur on 27 Feb 2020 at 1.39 pm from msrtc official website . Money was deducted but didn't get refund back .12 days passed but money was not received yet
