Dear, I had booked 2pm kopatgon to pune bus from rahuri from msrtc web site. But we received 6pm ticket confirmation. Ticket details are attached. I am trying to cancel that 6 pm ticket but it is not able to cancel it. As confirm ticket is not showing in my confirmation tap Please check it out and refound my amount rs586 only. Pls note 30269204 & 498113 Dated 17/10/2017 are my E reservation Ticket & Trip no., which I had cancelled 0n 17th Oct 2017 as per instrucions from MSRTC - because of MSRTC workers strike, but still I am waiting for my refund, So pls guide me for the same .
