My 2 wheeler MH09FC1741 with chassis no 9559 was parked in designated 2 wheeler parking area near Wakad, Pimpari-Chinchwad on 12/05/2022(Same is validated with Traffic officer deputed at Wakad station). Still, I got challan for violation under section 122/177 MVA with challan no PMCCM[protected] for fine of 1500 Rs. It can also be seen in given evidence of challan that the bike is parked in designated area along with other vehicles correctly & does not violate any rule.
I have also attached herewith some additional pictures of the same location on same day, which is evident that my vehicle does not violate any rule under 122/177 MVA.
