Maharashtra Traffic Police — Challan issued against wrong person | |||
HSPCC[protected] - this Challan was issed against Soma Mazumder. The vehicle ownership changed from Soma Mazumder to someone else on 21st Sept 2021. The Challan was issued on 7 Nov 2021 to Soma Mazumder. We have paid the fine to avoid dispute but want the Rs 1000 back to our account as it should not have been issued to Soma Mazumder. Please check your RTO record. If RTO is lazy in updating their record, we should not pay price for the same. I have the document to show the ownership transfer record on 21sst Sept 2021.
