Maharashtra Traffic Police — Complaint about towing

I Prashant Bhagwan Adhikari, parked my bike Honda Unicorn MH-04 FS 8581 on the side of Indrayani CHS. After 30 mins or so my bike was towed.
I checked the No-Parking sign board around the parked spot and I didn't see any(See Picture1). Even the cars around didn't have any jammers(see Picture-2).

Even after so many things, I decided to pay my fine. But there were two fresh scratches on either side of the fuel tank(See Pictures-3 & 4). And the officers were so rude and lying about the scratches on my bike saying they were before towing.

My challan no. is TNCCM[protected].
Kindly look into the matter.
