Maharashtra Traffic Police — E challan issued for speed violation

Dear Maharashtra traffic police,
I got e-challan (NGPCC[protected]) for speed violating. But when, I was driving on the road. No where mentioned the speed limit for the road. According to maharahstra traffic rule, maximum speed limit for outer roads is 80 km/hrs. Please help me with this issue. My vehicle details you can find with echallan number.
