Dear Sir,
This is regarding the pre-litigation order issued for vehicle MH02dz6322 - notice No. 1105019 / MHMU / 12032022. This is to inform you that I am not liable to pay this challan because of the following reasons.
1) These offences are not committed by me but it is committed by the previous owner MR Nasir Ahmed Mansuri. I purchased this vehicle in May 2018. Refer the RC details for your reference.
2) As per sec 468 of CRPC these challans are not valid as these are more than 3 years old,
If you see my records, I follow all the traffic rules and there are no pending challans post I purchased this vehicle. It is my humble request to resolve this issue and drop the charges against me in the Lok Adalat. If you want to penalize then penalize the real criminal who has committed the offence Mr Nasari Ahmed Mansuri
