Maharashtra Traffic Police — Fake fine

Address:Arunoday housing soc bulding no.32 flat no.03 ground floor. Near lic corner yamunanagar nigdi pune, 411044

Im not getting way when signal was green...
Whenever signal jump into red one rikshaw cross me then i have not way to go forward that's why im stuck in zebra crossing and some traffic police fined me of 1500 rs charges...
Please solve my issue
