Maharashtra Traffic Police — I have been wrongly fined by the traffic police

A challan No. MUMCM[protected] has been raied by the traffic police office, I had done nothing wrong he asked me to stop and I did, while a person ahead of me ran away, I have been fined for stoping on the command of of police office, also he was very very rude. Please provide me with justice
