Maharashtra Traffic Police — Im complaining about a challan which was wrongly issued on my bike.

I have been wrongly accused for parking my bike in dangerous condition and abandoning it. It was in parking range with several bikes besides mine but only my bike was being fined. The evidence photo which was issued against mine was also a close photo of my number plate which does not prove that my bike was causing any problem. I am uploading pictures below to prove my innocence and state that my bike was in safe parking.
