Maharashtra Traffic Police — Incorrect evidence of not stopping at stop line

Address:Mumbai

Inconclusive evidence shown in the first image. It does not show stop line and my car is behind the traffic lights and also divider hedge. Second image only shows plate number.

There is no zebra crossing and my car is not in the middle of intersection. Also, it has not crossed the intersection with red traffic light.

I wrote to Maharashtra Traffic Poilice, Mumbai but they declined. So I have to pay fine to avoid spending more money and time for appearing before Janata Adalat, Worli, Mumbai.

This is unjust and unfair.

I also personally wrote to them via email on 11th Mar 2022 with the above details and photographs.
(emails: multimediacell.[protected]@mahapolice.gov.in; cp.mumbai.jtcp.[protected]@mahapolice.gov.in)
Multimedia Cell replied on 16th Mar 2022 that the challan is proper and declined the request.

I replied to them (via above email addresses) on 16th Mar 2022 the following.

Due to no road markings especially for stop lines in this case, please advise me where to stop when there are no stop lines.
On the Our Lady of Remedy Church, Poinsur side (opposite to Poinsur Bus Depot, Kandivali West) there are no road markings at all.
I did not had this problem in driving in other countries where all types of markings are clearly marked on roads.
I am confused and so may be other drivers when there are no road markings for stopping. Can you please pinpoint where are the road markings seen on the photos provided?

But again Multimedia Cell replied on 17th Mar 2022 with the same message that the challan is proper and declined the request.

Can somebody else advise me on what to do in this case?
