Maharashtra Traffic Police — Invalid challan

I got a message of imposing the fine of Rs. 500 with the description of POLICE MANUAL SIGNAL VIOLATION (challan no. AMCCM[protected] ). I am ready to pay the fine if found guilty but I want to know the valid reason. My bike (MH27 CE4866) was in nagpur city on the day of chalan they have given. The photos they have given are not of my vehicle... There was interruption with the ongoing traffic. But they have given me chalan of amravati city on that day...i got message after almost 6 months..
Please kindly look into this matter..
