Maharashtra Traffic Police — Invalid challan fined

On Checking Officer denied to accept digital copy of DL MH[protected] and immediately fined Rs 500 digitally challan No JLGCM[protected]I got msg within two minutes while I was to trying to show licence in mparivahan app and officer very rude in behaviour asked to go and make complaint which makes me more annoyed, i left humbly he never showed his name plate wearing black jacket over uniform. Pls cancel my challan as I was having valid licence digital copy with me I think officer failed to follow process and immediately fined as he having targets of challans.
