Maharashtra Traffic Police — Regarding e challan no. HSPCC[protected]

I Adv. Vithal Chate, was travaling from Aurangabad to kalyan for court working. No board showning speed limit has been affixed at the place shown in challan. As per S.O.425(E) dated 9-6-1988 issued by the Central Govt. in exercise the power under section 112(1) of M. V. Act 1988, no speed limit is provided L.M.V. (NT).
As per Article 254 of The Constitution of India any law or the rules made by state against law made by Parliament is void.
you are, therefore, requested to please cancel the E- Challan no. HSPCC[protected]
