Maharashtra Traffic Police — Wrongly charged penalty to me as I have wearied helmet already

Hi sir I Am Sanjay Suryavanshi My bike number MH04GW4664
I have travelled on dt.09.01.2021 time 17:56 at Bhiwandi mankoli naka on that day i was wrongly charged penalty by traffic police against challan number TNCCM[protected] WITHOUT HELMET but i was wearied helmet and the same thing in saw in attached photo. Now i have received notice from police to clear penalty charges other wise he will take the same in Lok Adalat.
Please sir see the attached image and understand my concern and do the need full.
