Mahavir Hanuman Group — Related to dispute about the purchased industrial plot | |||
I have purchased an industrial plot bearing no.125 in khasra no.32 at udyog park village hasanpur mussorrie & dhundeheda, tehsil, distt & state khekhra, baghpat (U. P) having an area of 165 sq. Mtr. (197.34 sq. Yds) in year 2011. As per the commitment, we have received the possession order for the plot measuring size of length 10m * width 16.5 m, and area of 165.02 sq. Mtr. As per possession letter, we have created a boundary wall fencing the plot. But the developer (Mr. Mahesh panwar, director, mahavir hanuman group) has demolished the boundary wall without taking any consent from us. We possess all the registered legal documents of the plot. Adding to this, there is no sign of single development since 2011. Our investment has been a total waste. I request to kindly take necessary action regarding this as soon as possible.
