Sir,
I am customer of your reliance from last 10 years. My account[protected] in June 2016 has been closed due to CDMA service has stopped and I had paid all due from my side. As this was post paid connection and security deposit for ISD Facility (2000/-) has to be refunded at the time of closing the account.
New GSM number has been issued [protected] but ISD is not activated.
At the time of issuing new number they confirm that 45days diverting will be activated after the CDMa service stopped but no diverting has been activated.
Also I would like to know how ISD will be activate in this number and when I would get the earlier deposit amount back. Amount of Rs 2000 paid through cheque vide chq no 502357 dtd 24.08.06 Union bank India
I request you to kindly transfer the security of Rs 2000 to my new number [protected] and start the ISD facility or refund the security amount at the earliest
