I had purchased a Mahindra Scorpio from Mahindra Shivnath Motors, Raipur in July 2021. On 28/02/2022 it stopped while running in Kirandul. I booked RSA and the vehicle was toed to Jagdalpur the same day. With Repair Order no RO22A006972, call log was registered for repair on 02/03/2022. The service has not been provided till date. It is more than a month. On several follow-ups, I received mail on 16/03/2022 stating that the engine has collapsed due to fuel adulteration and it needs to be sent to Raipur for testing. For nearly 15 days the vehicle was kept without repair. The sample was sent on 21/03/2022 and after that I did not receive any communication from them. On calling the service dealer(Mr Neeraj Tiwari), I don't get clear response when they will repair and deliver the vehicle. They keep telling wait for few days. It is quite much more time than required and they are not working on the issue. I am not having vehicle because of which I am facing loss and mental peace. Please help me out.

With the reference to Mr. Neeraj mail I would like to inform you that as a customer I have faced such an critical issues were your vehicle is having problems and you are addressing the fault to customer.
Who knows where this hell sulphur has come to engine oil if you people think iam a scientist who mix chemical and do all hell of experiments with my new vechical, I guess you are seriously mistaken.
This is my second Mahindra vechical I bought and this would be last I guess, such irregularities with the service no prior information before opening my engine shows the sense of experiments that Balaji engineer does with the vechical.
Then of sudden even owner of Balaji motors Mr. Rajeev Kapoor is not taking any intention as I have not bought from his showroom.
I even request Mahindra and Mahindra head department or if possible please forward this issue to Mr. Anand Mahindra that stop giving services to nearest dealership as they hardly show any interest as vechical was not bought from them.
I am not such a fool to buy a new vechical and mix something in it, as mr.neeraj is addressed this all nonsense fault on my head.
Also iam going to customer forem and file a case against such services against Balaji motors as well as Mahindra Scorpio to discontinue such vechical have such critical problems.
Please advice as soon as possible .
Please change my manufacturing defected pic and provide new vechical as soon as possible.
Same message will also be tweeted on tweeter with all your false promises which will also been given as proof when needed.
