Mahindra And Mahindra — About refund of booking money

Myself tapan kumar shil.in 2.11.2018 through star india agency (Kharagpur, west bengal) i booked a kuv 100 next top model car giving 5000 rs cash through the agent. But after changing 2 to 3 time of my car delivery date by showroom, i decided to cancel my order. I am cancelled my order and after that i am request star agency to refund my booking money, bt they can't refund my money. So finally after 1 yr 6 month i am submit a complained about this.
