My name is Sameer and have paid Rs. 21000/- for booking of Scorpio n Z2 petrol variant on 30/07/2022 but I have not received any booking message from Mahindra. Amount also debited from bank

Please look into the same. Attaching the bank debit statement and PhonePe screenshots for your reference.

I need refund. Seeking your prompt support on this.

    Abnormal vibration feel and after 3 days of vibration vehicle stop suddenly.Vehicle is run only 3009 km and delaer is saying there is fuel adulteration.If fuel adulteration is there same issue will face by so many cars.There is no failure indication or warning in vehicle.really disappointed with the behaviour of local dealer.I have not purchased the vehicle from that dealer earlier because of poor response but Mahindra team choose the nearest delaer for vehicle repairing..

      Hello, I'm Bhanu Pratap from Jaipur.
      On 1 July 2022, we bought Alfa dx CNG Passanger auto from KS Motors, MI Road, Jaipur.

      Dealer Ritik Sharma, he firstly told me On Road price 283700 rupees, which included Auto Price+ Insurance + RTO+ Passing Charge.

      On 30 june, I paid 40k.
      N very next day said, He forgot that RTO passing will be done from Chomu. So it will take 8k extra for it.

      At the time, because we already talked about all and now he introduced new 8k to pay, we said him to Instead cancle the auto. We won't buy from here.

      Then he said, ok ok, u just give 3k, I will also provide u RSA, Jack and mobile charger.

      So we being frustrated Finally agreed to buy it. He took 16k on 1st July, I asked for slip thrice but he didn't provide Any. Thogh he is agree to accept that he took 56k rupees overall(40k + 16k)

      240, 000 is our Loan + 40, 000 down payment + 16000 = 296, 000 rupees.

      Initially he told the rate 28, 3700 + this extra 3k + 4500 for File Charge + 4500 Driver insurance.


      But At last, RTO passing was in Jaipur only, not in Chomu. So basically he should return my 3k. He didn't.

      After 25 days on 25 July, Auto wasn't running cause there was damage in Clutch plate.
      I called the delear, he said it's Sunday today. He won't come.
      I reminded him of RSA, according to which company itself will send the machanic.

      He just said which RSA? When u paid?
      When u will pay 2500, then u will get it.

      But At the time of purchasing while taking 3k extra, he said he will give RSA also with it.

      But he just denied here. Isn't this a fraud?

      I was cencelling the auto at that time but he promissed to give me these extra things, and he just denied When I m in need.

      I have the page in which he wrote what what things I have to collect from showroom After 10 days of buying.
      I will send.

      At last he gave me no. of a machanic. I talked to machanic who said me to bring auto in service centre of Jothwara. I paid 400 to another auto n took my auto there.

      From 25th July, that auto is there, and they didn't repair the Auto yet.
      They saying it will take 10 days cause They need to order some parts.
      Does it take 10 days seriously?
      Can't they bring from another service centre nearby?

      I talked to delear, he is also not co-operating with me.
      I bought Auto to earn only, that is only way of earning now as already left the previous job to run Auto.

      If they will take 10 days to repair a clutch, how will I earn and pay the installment? And other home expance?

      I made them aware about my condition, but no one is listening, behaving ignorantly. I feel like helpless.

      Day before yesterday they said they will repair on 30 July. I called and now saying after Monday u will get ur auto.

      Even they are charging 3000 rupees (2k for clutch plate + 1100 for service) while first 3 service is free.

      They didn't even gave me Number Plate yet, I haven't even paid my 1st monthly installment yet(5th August). Even now only the company is behaving this way to me, how can I hope for coming months?

      I m feeling helpless here, I bought auto to run family. And they are not even co-operating with me.

      I regret in buying Auto from Mahindra,
      I didn't know what to do, where to go. So I m writing here with a hope that atleast here Mahindra will show it's good acts.

      Please consider my issue🙏
      I have no other source of earning, what will i eat? How will i pay my installment on 5th August.

      Can Mahindra pay me for my 10 day earning? No?
      Atleast they can take actions against such employs.
      Such fraud employ will ruin goodwill o[censored]r company sir, I demand u to force them to calculate my payment and ask them question about the extra payment they took from me.

      Also I request please, please force them to repair my auto soon. Please think how can I run my family without earning? And they are responsible for it.

        I have inform Mahindra customer service care.and they lift the vehicle to nearest dealer.At dealer they have told me that there is fuel adulteration.And vehicle is lying at service centre.i have tweeted the case to Mahindra and after one sales manager called me and told us that the vehicle will be rectify and we suspected there is fuel adulteration but we will rectify on good will basis.but after 8 days the service dealer sent me vehicle repairing estimate of amount 77000 over mail and when I have again called the service manager he then told me that we need to pay that amount. vehicle stop functioning suddenly and there is no indication.vehicle run only 3009km

            Dear Sir,

            My car AC and parking camera was not working but remaining all including speedo meter working and confirm by the technical person so i drop car in workshop on 26.07.2022 at AVC Motors, Bathinda, Punjab-151001 . Now today technical person cll me and told me my speedo meter was not working so change all wears and cost of Rs. 15000. It is very shameful for mahindra service centre who make fool of client and earn money.

            U r requested kindly resolve the issue else I Wll take legal action.

              I have closed my loan in 2012 through recovery agent Siddhesh Gaonkar from Shirgao, Goa by paying ₹ 450000/- . Now after 10 yrs company sent me another legal notice to pay the dues for which I got a shock. After contacting the Lawyer they are saying firstly by mistake n secondly they are telling they got only 212000/- but i got proof that i paid ₹ 400000/- officially and ₹ 50000/- unofficially. Beware of these kind of company as well the employees, this person is currently working in Fullerton India. Be aware of these scamsters

                My rickshaw mahindra e-alfa mini bearing engine no-[protected] and chassis no- MA1LP2DB3K5H72751 purchased from Mahindra finance by loan, after pay five installment I cant pay 6th installment for my bad health condition and financial problem so on 18/12/2020 at 11.00 a.m company staff Narayan Ghosh (phone- [protected]) and Ujjwal (phone- [protected]) came my home and take my rickshaw I also give them because they assured me company should sell my rickshaw to other person to recovered my loan amount, But after one year six month later company demand me to pay all due amount so immediately I go to Mahindra office Burdwan and lodge a complain they investigate to know that my rickshaw was deposit to Saluja showroom mahindra auto, jimuti parking, metal DVC, NH2, Burdwan instead of Mahindra finance the finance company and me go to this address but can not find my rickshaw so I need to lodge a FIR, I have some details and call record as a evidence against who came my home to take my rickshaw. I already Lodge a complain Mahindra finance customer support 30 days ago and they may assist a agent MR. Animesh mukherjee phone no [protected] but I call him last three days but he not receive yet.
                Sir, please take some necessary action against this fraud I already Lodge a complain to national consumer forum.

                  Respected sir/madam,

                  My name is Dr sobin e Joseph and I am a cardiologist working at Nirmala medical Centre, Muvattupuzha. I had booked a mahindra xuv 700 in the month of April and my expected date of delivery was in January 2024.
                  However, In the first week of July, I was called by an executive from the mahindra pothens, cheranellor branch in kochi and I was informed that the vehicle can be delivered within 1-2 weeks since they had a cancellation. On 5th of July, I paid rs 5lakh as a principal amount and received the receipt for the same. I was ensured that the vehicle will be delivered by 20th July, date extending to maximum 25th July. So by 11th July, federal Bank sanctioned a loan amount of 25lakh and the fund was transferred to the pothens cheranellur, kochi branch.according to the loan, I will be paying the emi from August 2nd onwards.
                  But following this, I haven't received my vehicle yet. Nor have I received any confirmation or any expected date of delivery for my vehicle. On calling this branch and talking to the executive team, their response is very unenthusiastic and the lack of response as compared to the time before fund transfer is very evident The verbal promise to me was that the vehicle would be delivered by 25th July. Even if the vehicle isn't delivered due to some unavoidable reason, I as a customer should be informed the reason for the delay.
                  I need an immediate resolution /response because this is an open case of fraud.

                    Xuv700 - Break & Suspension noise

                    I have opted for Running repair thrice for my car which I purchased on 27th Apr, disheartening to see such repairs on a car which is just 2 months old :

                    Problems :
                    1. Dug-dug noise in front side.
                    2. Unusual noise in break, quirking noise even after 20-30 Km of drive.

                    The car was inspected by the dealer & they tried there best but both problems stands still in the car & it is quite disturbing & disheartening....

                    I had purchased my xuv 500 w11 in September 2020 since then I am facing a problem of engine indicator and veg not picking up acceleration. Earlier I was told to run the vehicle over 60km/hr for long distance. Now m posted in Bhutan and this being a hilly area I can't run it for long distance. This problem had occured twice in 8 months and no service station being here I had to send it to India costing me 20 thousand each time. My trust from Mahindra is losing and I feel I have been handed over a faulty vehicle. Since it's my veh only which is facing this problem. I am an army officer and I invested 18 lacs but my trust is finished. This time there was no indicator and the vehicle has lost power and acceleration please get me a solution to it. Not accepted.

                      Sir, I had booked XUV300 W8(O) DIESAL MT on 04/02/2022(Registration Slip Attached) on the name of my Son.The Mahindra Executive had called me in the month of May that the Registered Model is available, But due to some unavoidable issues I am unable to buy it.
                      Now I decided to give it to my son on his Birthday(29 July) as a Birthday Gift.
                      For, that I again contacted Mahindra Executive in the second week of July to Deliver it ASAP but so satisfactorily RESPONSE.Also, I am in regular touch with them to know the status of this Model.
                      I request you to make it Available ASAP atleast on 29 July so that I can be able to gift it to my Son.

                        I booked an XUV700 AX7L D AT from V.C motors kanpur uttar pradeshon 11th nov 2021, got an update recently that my delivery date will be between 27th july -3rd aug 2022 over the official track my booking website of mahindra, but when no further was provided i tracked the vehicle and the ASM told me that i will receive my vehicle after 15th Sep which is around 50 days from the initial date shown to me .

                        This is a very long delay, also if the price hiked it will result me in paying a hefty amount extra as the price is as per the delivery date .
                        I have already seen aroun 1.5 lacs ex showroom price hike since my booking.
                        The delays is caused by Mahindra itself and this is wrong if the end user has to bear with it

                            I have recently booked service of my car from sri durga moti nagar workshop.
                            But my experience was very worst with your company.
                            I haven’t pay for washing charges in other companies…they will already include their washing charges in service charge but in your company first time i have ever seen that you are charging extra amount for washing which is not included in service charge
                            So i paid for it but i still get dirt all over you haven’t properly washed my car for which you have charged…it is your service???
                            You have charge me for someting exterior protection system…what is this I don’t even know what you have done with this??? I want refund for that which was not seen anywhere on my car….

                              I have 2016 model Mahindra tuv300 t8 vehicle, I am residing in salem at tamilnadu, my vehicle service regularly doing Mahindra authorised show room sks india private limited, omalur main road, salem Tamilnadu.
                              This month of 10/07/22 I have given my vehicle to authorised show room for periodically regular service including oil changing accordingly they have completed service and charged and paid up Rs. 8941 after service the oil simple and sensor compliant, we're identified for my handover vehicle to on the next day. They have check up and told me to pay Rs. 2491 for this compliant. I paid again the next day same compliant was happened. Then I next to sks Mahindra show room to hand over my vehicle to the same problem, they have checked and told to pay Rs. 1480 for the same problem.
                              I paid dated at 23/07/22 same problem is coming, already three times I paid the same problem still the problem is not Setright.
                              Mahindra company is no 1 vehicle dealer for all over India, the service of sks company dealer is not satisfied service and not responding.
                              You're authorized service dealer please to advice the dealer to rectify the problem permanently without charging for the amount please take the immediate action and Setright my problem and top issues.

                                Dear Team
                                I purchased a new Bolero maxi truck on dated 22 may 2022. Chasis no - MA1ZP2UKKN1E49511 in the name of Yaduvanshi Enterprises. My vehicle is old only approx 2- 3 month. But we are facing problem many times. Some times cng leakage, sometime in meter light not showing .yet my vehicle is going to farrukhabad uttar pradesh . Suddenly metre light gone and vehicle not taking self. I call rsa team but they not responding.which type of vehicle Mahindra manufacture.there quality are very poor. And customer care team not responding properly. Pls tell what I do.

                                I am very disappointed with your response aur service . I have complaint but no response from your side. Their is no safety of costly part like ecm and silencer (dolki) and not cover insurance company.i see that only few nut bolt uses. Due to not safety of parts, thefts are invited to theft.

                                In this type of vehicle launch Mahindra .
                                In future I cannot prefer to purchase Mahindra product.

                                    Totally unsatisfactory service provided by the Ramnarayan Shiwprasad Service Center, Jorhat. From the date of my purchase of KUV 100, I was facing variety of problems. But the service centre never tried to find my problem and make a solution. Every time they just change the mandatory items like engine oil, air filter, diesel filter etc and ignore the main problem which i face. They never deliver my car on time. After being booked for service, my car was delivered at 5.00 pm without washing. The groundsman also misbehave me. According to him, there is no need to wash my KUV 100. He thinks only the expensive cars are to be washed.

                                      GearBox complaints and Service issues

                                      Address: Whitefield, Bangalore

                                      Am Thiraviarajan Kodivel, Owner of Mahindra XUV500 with the Vehicle Registration Number KA51MK0453.

                                      Currently my car is with Mahindra India Garage, Whitefield since 5th July to repair the GearBox which is completely in collapsed and broken state.
