I have purchased Mahindra Xuv 300 from Abhinandan Auto zone LLP on 28th October 2020 and paid the fee for registration too but even after 3 months from purchase of vehicle, Rc copy and number plate have not been given.
Every time i try to contact with the concerned person he comes up with a excuse and promises to deliver the same in a week or so.

    Iam prakash chhetri R/O JNV Pakyong having no.Sk07p 1383 and I had purchased Mahindra bolero bs6 vehicle on 30.09.2020 now kms is 3000 but I am cotinusely visited Mahindra workshop regarding my vehicle problem and I also give the video along with photo when my vehicle have problem and my cooling is leakage due to not properly done in 1st servicing in last day in my visit there is no any small spare part available in workshop and give requisition it may take time for one month .my clause senser ( Micro hybrid) is not working and its part gear senser is not available in workshop and its take a month to deliver.i herewith enclosed video and photo.

        I had booked my mahinda xuv 300 w8 optional silver color on 25th dec. So this agent confirmed me that the vehicle will be delivered utmost by 15 days that is 10th jan. And it was my 1st marriage anniversary so i had planned my trip all the way from my home town to bangalore just to take the delivery of my vehicle on this special occasion. It has been more than 45 days now, they are still not confirming the exact date when the vehicle will be delivered and when will i receive it. I had to cancel my trip because of these people and my anniversary plans got cancelled. Still i am awaiting an update from them. Never do they call or give any update and it is me who has to follow up everytime.

          I have purchases new scorpio s-11 on 26/12/2017 and after 2 1/2 year body are dissolveing and take it rust ( door roof etc.) i have contact at vinnet moter aligarh they are saying after 2 year no guarntee or wantee for said problem so what can i do . Reply soon.

            We have booked and invoiced SCORPIO S5(WHITE) from Durgapur West Bengal, on 25-jan- 21, with of new vehicle to be delivered on 20-feb-21.
            Vehicle booked for the purpose of wedding presence of my relative.

            Vehicle not delivered till date and they are also not able to assure on the date of delivery. Complaint have been lodged with Mahindra and RUDRA AUTOMART PVT LTD (DURGAPUR) .

            I have been advanced paid 10, 000/- on 25-jan-21 .

                Hello Team,

                I am Rohit Kathuria from Gurgaon, the happy customers of Mahindra would like to share the miserable customer experience with Dee Emm Mahindra Service center(Gp-11, HSIIDC Industrial Estate Sector-18, Gurgaon)
                We booked a complaint on Dee Emm service center regarding my XUV500(HR26DS2480) for general checkup under Mahindra camp, steering control, and Navigator on February 9, 2021, at 9:10 AM. The general was complete within 40 mins. To attend to my actual complaint, the car was out of the check-up bay at around 10:15 AM but none checked my car after multiple requests to the service manager the electrical check started at around 1 PM and the team informed me that there are multiple cars in the queue so it would take time to resolve the concern so I can leave the car for now for the and it will be resolved by next day. On the second day, when I followed up with the service manager, he informed me that the car is ready and ready for delivery. I informed the service manager(Surinder) to another 1 hour extra and inspect everything completed. When I took the test drive at 3 PM. Navigator was still not working neither there was a cruise control light working in the cluster. The service manager informed me everything was working and he will get it checked again. Even after multiple reminders, none started working on the car, when I reached to the General manager of the service center, explained my harassment of the last two day, the right, set of people were aligned but still no luck and another timeline of February 11, 2021, has been suggested with no update on the resolution.

                Also, the estimated cost is increasing without resolving anything, the initial estimate was 500 to 1000, then 1500rs for wiring repair of switches, and then further increased to 3000rs for the same work not sure on what grounds it is increasing.

                I understand sometimes it takes time to repair but keeping the car lying in the service center will not resolve my problem and I would like Mahindra to speak to the service center about the miserable experience I had and ensure a quick resolution to my problem.

                  I had bought a Scorpio get away 3 years back... it was working good for me until the last few months. At approximately 30000 kms it’s been a terrible experience with the car. First the gear shift box gave way which was billed to me for 20000/-. Within a month the engine was ceased. The service centre gave me a estimate of 141000/-. I think it is completely ridiculous. I am now without a car and regretting buying this car. The United Automobile is not giving me any support.

                    I booked xuv 300 on the date of 3/12/2020
                    But the dealer giving delivery on 11/2/2021
                    Without having the car i paid 2 months EMI
                    and also my booked car was of 2020 model but they are giving me a 2021 model, but the thing is they are asking extra money for the 2021 model which never asked for, and also extra charges on road tax, insurance etc ...so many..and they talking with us in rude manner, they are not respcting customer, aksing me that "if you want a car or not"?!! This is the behaviour the mahindra dealers got, pls people don't buy cars from @Mahindra and the [protected]@Anant cars in banglore

                      We have booked and Invoiced XUV 300 from Pothen Mahindra Kollam, Kerala on Dec 2020, with a promise of New vehicle to be delivered on 15th Jan 2021.

                      Vehicle booked for purpose of Wedding related travels and Marriage function dtd 20th Feb 2021.

                      Vehicle not delivered till date and they are also not able to assure on the date of delivery. Complaints have been lodged with mahindra and Pothen Mahindra kollam since 2 weeks.

                      First EMI of Rs.13000 paid on Jan 21, second emi is due on 20th.

                      Either Mahindra has to deliver the vehicle before marriage date, and a backup vehicle till then or Refund back the entire cost involved including the implicit interest cost involved.

                        I continuously get Check Engine Lamp signal on my instrument cluster. I had checked this problem with Your authorised Service station more then 3 times, but I didn’t get any satisfactory results from Mahindra Service. I am also face Pickup problem with my Vehicle.
                        I want suitable action as soon as possible.

                          मैं पहले भी सिकायात कर चुका हूं परन्तु उन्नति मोटर्स नागपुर कोई सही निराकरण नहीं कर रहे है।
                          Unnati motars Kamptee Road Nagpur, से मै महिंद्रा बोलेरो लिया था. जब गाड़ी १०००km .चली थी तभी गाड़ी में बहुत समस्या थी जिसमे एयर कंडीशनर मुख्य समस्या थी परन्तु नायडू जी और कुलकर्णी जी के द्वारा कोई समस्या का समाधान नहीं किया गया ।आज मात्र ८०००km पर एयर कंडीशनर बंद हो गया है ।जब शोरूम में दिखाया तो कुलकर्णी जी और नायडू जी दोनों बहुत बद्मिजी से बात किए ।और कोई समाधान नहीं किया गया।

                              I am very surprised to understand to sales management of Mahindra’s Team unable to feelings your sales team, because there is no system to discuss with customers, before finalized any things except choosing the car. That is the main reason, without asking me how did your sales team are finance a car in favou of my company, like insurance and other important things without my permission. I can’t believe and like that type of negative behavior. Therefor I am finally taking a decision and request to you please cancelled my car and without involving media and others legal actions to return my down payments. If I am wrong anywhere in you or your managements system’s mind you have to go throw your legal teams for it. I have already got car no., that is WB20BJ4077. But its my bad luck to take your car.

                                    Delay in delivery of vehicle the new THAR (AT)P

                                    On 08/10/2020, I placed the order and cleared the advanced full payment of the vehicle. On enquiring about the vehicle, the available staff or person in position kept on delaying the dates, thereby failing to deliver at the said time period. They fraudulently changed my booking date 8 October to 15 October and changed the otf number so that they may sell the booked car to another one in black. The salesman himself said that the internal cheating...

                                    I had given my Jaya for services but they did not have the parts of the vehicle and didn't tell us but when they opened the entire car for the service after that they told us that is a part or out of stock and right now misguiding me how much time the car will take if they already told me that is part are out of stock then I send my car to be serviced after sometime I am very old customer of Mahindra family and I have three vehicles but this time they disappoint me

                                      I had purchased a brand new bolero strong 1.3 pickup on 02/02/2021 Tuesday. After completing all the formalities I took the delivery of the vehicle but on reaching home I found that the both the tyres on the backside were having a cut and were damaged. On approaching the dealer the reply wat I received was that they cannot do anything about it and their approach after the delivering the vehicle was really pathetic
                                      Along with this I am posting the photos of the tyres. So I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful 🙏🏻
