[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — bad experience in mahindra showroom | |||
Hello mahindra co, i have been gone through very bad experience in one of your showroom choufula branch. I visted the branch name unnati motors as i wanted to book tuv 300 t10 duel tone red /black. I paid the booking amount of 5000rs an the amount was quoted to me was 11lakhs 70 thousand approximately. And later i agreed to their tearms an condition an i confirmed the car an later i applied for loan an it got processed. When later after everything was processed i visited the showroom they said that model which i booked was not available i will have to buy optional t100 which cost is 12lakhs an 24 thousand. I asked them why they said the car which i booked was not available as that car is no more available i checked in other showrooms that car is available. I asked them can they make it available they said no you will have to change your car to optional opt model an i asked wheather i can cancel the booking they said there will be charges for it. I would like you to take this very serious they are forcing me to buy that which i dont want an i feel its fraud. I am waiting for your reply or call. Was this information helpful? | |||
