I have purchased two wheeler rodeo manufactured by mahendra company withi n one year batter was replace. Encoundered dispaly problem . And 2nd year on wards facing starting probelm now at present vehicle not starting at all . Problem escalated upto directors level but no solution found.Vehicle registration no ka- 02 hl -7067. Dear

I have purchased two wheeler rodeo
During the year 7/03/2011 reg no ka -02 hl -7067. Within one year the batter
Was changed reason - self starting problem due to low batter. The digital meter
Was not working properly (From first service this was the problem) and full set
Was changed as informed by your service personal. If i use the vehicle during
Rain (If i keep the vehicle out side in rain ) when i hold the brake self start
Will work. Self start button need not be pressed. This will continue till some
Hours of riding. During low batter condition self start will not work and at the
Same time kick start will not work. During travel if the accelerator is reduced
And brake is held vehicle will get switched off. And again starting will be a
Problem. All the problems are still persisting. Copy of the service centre job
Card and bill attached for your information and necessary action. Head light not
Working.

Vehicle not starting, we have inspected the vehicle thoroughly and few parts
Needs to be replaced. The list of these parts are attached alongwith the
Estimation. Kindly go thru the same and give the approval to carry out the
Repair work.

As per our
Records, the vehicle has last visited our service centre on 21.05.2013 and at
21024kms.
