Mahindra And Mahindra — booked to see the new colour and test drive | |||
Sir / madam I had booked a test drive four months before from shiva automobile for a xuv500 and wanted to see the new colour but after four months still i am not getting a response for them. I had asked the respecentive today and he said that colour u will not be ablable to see until u make an advance and book a vechile. I had a serious problem with them in 2013 when i took a delivery of my full and ur area manager came and took action and then after a big problem i had to take the delivery but still mahindra o falling to satisfy customers. Why is it dealer complying us to book before a test drive of the vechile. Has the noms of mahindra changed or what. I being in mahindra for nearly 27 years and am still using my 9 vechile from mahindra and still i do not get response for mahindra dealers. Actually what is happening to mahindra. Why are they keeping this kind is dealer around and spoiling ur name.in karur their is no proper response in shiva automobile. Please make a response person to take to my contact no [protected]. And please don't ever comple a customer to buy it ur vechile it's ur cutie to provide us with test drive even though we don't buy ur vechile.
