Dear team, i have purchased an xuv500 from your dealer g3 motors, nerul, navi mumbai on 4th sept 2016. Within just 7000 kms in july 2017, my vehicle stopped in the motors. They informed me that the entire clutch assy is burnt and i got it replaced immediately paying apprx rs.22000. Now again in just 3 months i. E.in nov 2017, again i experienced some knocking in the clutch and i immediately got in touch with your service center in thane i. E. Salasaar automobiles. Their executive took a trial run and said that it was the problem with the clutch again & they advised me to take it to g3 motors again as last time they had worked upon it. So i acted accordingly and toinked the vehicle all the way again to g3 motors. Now again the g3 motors is saying that the entire clutch assy has been burnt, this is absolutely ridicolous!! I just dont understand how can the entire clutch assy get burnt in just a small duration of 3 month and that too every time after 700 kms. This cannot be a coincidence. The ridiculous explanation given by the on floor technician mr. Anish sawant & his senior mr. Parab is that i drive with my leg on the clutch. There cannot be a more ridiculous experience and a pathetic experience than this kind of an absurd explanation for the service center. I have been driving for over 15 yrs and i have owned 4 different cars from maruti & hyundai till date and now these mahindra service center guys are telling how to drive rather than resolving the core issue. I would appreciate if you can immediately look into the matter and get me a free replacement of the entire clutch assy this time or replace the entire vehicle if its faulty. I will not accept this kind of pathetic & ridiculous response and would like immediate resolution to this issue once and for all. Was this information helpful? |
