Mahindra And Mahindra — Car under warranty but still I have paid the charges | |||
I have purchased a mahindra alturas G4 4wd on 29 march 2019 from DDPM Dehradun. Reg.no.UK08AU0142 chass no.K6B3151 in the name of Mrs.Shivi Garg. My car is well maintained and all the services are done timely.On 3rd service at DDPM Dehradun I complained about the brakes due to hand break indication on instrument cluster and Mr.Yogesh Joshi service assistant told me that disc pads needs to be replaced but disc pads are not available in the stock and we will inform you as soon as the spare part arrives.Meanwhile you can drive your car.But even after 3 months I didn't get any call from DDPM Dehradun service centre regarding replacement of disc pads.On 8th Jan I have asked for the part from Mighty AutoWheels Pvt.Ltd Haridwar.On 10th Jan I had sent my car to Mighty Autowheels Pvt.Ltd Haridwar for replacement of disc pads.Here I was told that one of rear disc is also damaged due to non replacement of disc pads and it does not comes under warranty and I was charged Rs.7871/- + service charges Rs.388/- for disc. My only concern is that firstly it was not my fault that disc is damaged.Secondly when the car is under warranty then why should I pay the amount of the disc.I have purchased mahindra car just because of the mahindra service but i was highly disappointed this time.DDPM Dehradun is responsible for this damage.
