Mahindra And Mahindra — careless service station | |
This is regarding my recent horrid experience with mahindra service station. I have a xuv500. And it's ac was not working properly. So i contacted my nearby service station royal motors, kalikapur kolkata700099. First time they returned me the car without doing anything. Second time they did it but it was not properly done so i sent it for the third time. This time i asked for a loner car, because i was getting affected because of their negligence. They agreed for the same but could not provide the same for some unknown reason. Finally they sent one but without any prior intimation. The driver came and removed all my belongings rapidly and took the car to the service station. After two hours i realized that i forgot to remove my sun-glass which was there in the built-in sunglass case inside the car. Immediately i called the manager mr. Subrata sinha to collect the same. But in my utter surprise he told me that it was not there. It was a costly sun glass and this type of incidence is very unfortunate from a company like mahindra. Was this information helpful? | |
