Dear sir/ madam,
I would like to request that i have given my vehicle for the clutch assembly last month in october which has been replaced. and i have also made the payment as mentioned in the bill earlier.But 2 days ago its clutch has been stuck nd its smelling really bad while i was driving from roorkee to rishikesh nd i just stopped my Car right there nd called Mahindra service manager ( Sunil rathore ) who said to me that you have driven ur vehicle in hilly areas. This is the reason your vehicle clutch is not working nd I ( sunil rathore ) is not responsible for that you have to bring your vehicle to showroom ( Mahindra Dehradun ) for the checkup after reaching there, The service manager is being rude nd very unprofessional who is claiming us to pay for the clutch again.. which is not valid at all. As i have just paid for the clutch plate last month nd my car has been just driven[protected] nd its clutch got stuck which is not acceptable at all.. as your mahidnra has replaced the clutch nd installed a new clutch set . So its should be mahindra’s fault. Which i need resolution.
Because paying again nd again is not possible. For the product which is assembled by Mahindra.
So, kindly resolve my issue nd take serious action against your service manager ( Sunil rathore). For being unprofessional nd rude..
