The clutch pad has been broken down for the second time and it has been only 7 months since we took the car. The cars name is bolero neo of mahindra and it's been troubling us the second time. We have contacted the officials they have been been giving childish excuses. The first time the clutch pad broken down. They said that the driver who was driving the vehicle has the problem. After travelling 1245km after changing the clutch pad again it has broken down. We need the higher officials of mahindra to contact us immediately. Since 20 years I have been driving manual cars and this car has the only problem. Mahindra is one of the worst companies to buy cars. It's been a every bitter experience. Pls don't take mahindra as a option while buying a car. Since it's broken down v called the customer service and after each 20 mins they call us back and keep asking the car number and the location of break down. It's been a very bad experience.
