Mahindra And Mahindra — Complaint about faulty rear ac and broken usb port | |||
Hi, i purchased xuv in nov 2016. I hardly use it as i am mostly out of station. A few days latter i realised that rear ac isn't working along with usb port is broken. I sent the car for servicing still issue was u resolved and nothing was done to the usb... I wrote a manual note on the work done copy and complaint the same to the manager still no resolution.. Though he committed that they will resolve it... Please make my reach ac operational and replace my usb as i paid for a new car not for a broken one... Else its totally up to you how you take the customer satisfaction and the quality of the product.. But one thing sure i will not file a complaint.. Or abuse mahindra..
