[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — complaint about manufacturing defect in xuv 500 | |||
I have XUV500 W10 AT top model dated[protected]. The vehicle is getting over- heating again and again. I have lost my faith in this car. My car doesn't show any indication regarding loss of all engine all and heating. this happens to me twice. this time i was on trip at bajeri, Uttarakhand nearly 50 kms far from Nainital, UK with my family. My car got overheat in morning of[protected]. I had tried so many times to RSA & Mahindra, but no help is there. Mahindra fails in all commitments. I had top model, the most expensive car of mahindra but there service is totally false and quality of product is very bad. Mahindra spoil my trip. Even they didnt provide any assitance, taxi, etc. not even that i know how i managed with my family in forest area for 2 days without any help and assistance. This is totally harassing. During my 2nd service I informed the service manager at Concept Mahindra Noida sec -63. After analysis they informed me that this is a manufacturing defect and is there in all new models and research is going on to eliminate it and it will be done in my vehicle as and when solution available. One of my friend also purchased in dec-2019 and that also has the same problem.
Problem is getting bad day by day and it feels driving an 10 yr old car on new XUV 500. Pl inform that when the solution is expected to be resolved.
