I am writing to complain about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from one of your service centers(india garage Poonamallee)
A week before, I dropped my [xuv 300 w8 optional] [ TN12 AL4509]
at india garage (Poonamallee) for fire accident, but still now there’s no reply or call the service centre.so today i called the concerned person at the service centre to know about the process, but the person( nanda kumar ( india garage Poonamallee ) not at all responding properly and replying vulgarly with abusive words. Saying that i can’t do anything go and speak to the concerned insurance person.
I need a speedy reply from Mahindra and india garage about my car service, if not I will raise a complaint over Mahindra and india garage under Section. 2(11) of Consumer Protection Act 2019
