Mahindra And Mahindra — complaint against mahindra g3 motors services | |||
Hi i have purchased my car kuv 100nxt from mahindra g3 motors on oct-17 & given for 30000km servicing on dated 24th dec-18 at mahindra g3 motors nerul, navi mumbai. On same day they committed to me that due to some suspension parts damaged, vehicle need to keep next 5 days at workshop. On same time they given me assurance that vehicle will repair & ready on 29th dec-18. I continued follow up regarding vehicles parts & they confirmed me twice that parts available & vehicle will be ready on 29th dec. So today as per there commitment i have visited workshop & found that they don't have received any suspension parts and still today there's nothing work happened regarding my car. They make continue fool of me and given false information. Now they saying that they need more 4 to 5 days. So write here about g3 pathetic services. This is my 1 year old car and they said there's short of part's. But i don't know have new car models parts not available at authorised workshop. Request you to improve your services & commitment, otherwise customer will not buy next time onward any mahindra car. Was this information helpful? | |||
