Complaint registered ref no.X[protected] IND to RSA customer service center by registered mobile number with Mahindra and Mahindra at 13:30 hrs on dt 29.12.21, They donot even send their representatives till now at 17:00hrs as per their instructions my vehicle waited for service in breakdown area, we are called several times, they says just wait for 30 minutes, we are sending our representative but not sent, also provide alternative mobile number, at last they said your complaint registered cancelled due to remote area. So we are arranged local person to help us, they arranged a new battery and carried my vehicle at my home.this is my first experience with RSA guys.
