Respected sir, this is to inform you that, i'm a customer of mainstay for last two years.. I have bought a bolero zxl two years back bearing no. Hp34b 7992. I have paid a check for extension of warranty of my jeep two months back. I was given a receipt and assured that warranty will be extended soon. Today i tried to check the warranty and found it is not extended. On asking your honble manager, firstly he refused to listen my complaint and then he told it is under process. I would like to know from you that how long it takes and in the age of internet and online world is it not pathetic to wait for two months for just getting warranty extended online. I have suspicion that your honble manger is fooling customer of mahindra and commuting forgery. Please look into the matter and take strong initiatives to avoid the mismanagemet. Thanks.
