Mahindra And Mahindra — Complaint in xuv 500 | |||||
This complaint regarding universal motors, mahindra agency in amritsar. My car xuv500 has a complaint for its breaking system and electrical wiring. Now i have changed my breakpads 5 times in journey of 55000 kms. Is it possible. Service managers are so uneducated and unethical in their words, that they does'nt even know how to talk to customer. Till the date they even don't know what is wrong with breaking system. Secondly i have changed my music system 4 times under warranty just because of some electrical problem in car, for i have send my car to agency 2 times and nobody attends properly as they don't know how tackle . Now they say you need to keep car at agency for a week so that we can check thoroughly, ??? now i have to stop my work, business for this stupid car for which nobody is responsible.
