We are a loyal customer of mahindra and mahindra from 2000 and having more than 15 car, we have purchased two mahindra and mahindra tuv 300 the details is as follows 1) vehicle number 1 Registration number-mh14 gn 9911, Model-t8 as mhawk 100, Engine number vzh6j67853, Chassis number-ma1na2vzeh6j45912 Purchased on 27 oct 2017 2) vehicle number 2 Registration number-mh14 gn 9011, Model-t8 as mhawk 100, Engine number-vzg6k41744, Chassis number-ma1na2vzeg6k40328 Purchased on 30 oct 2017 The above mentioned vehicles having problems in auto transmission problem, clutch plate problem and brake pad, We have found the auto transmission problem in mh14 gn 9911, since vehicle completed its running 3000 kms. So we have submitted our car to your solapur dealer "gandhi motors solapur", then they repalce the auto transmission sensor in warrenty period, then vehicle runs continuously to around 20, 000/- to 22, 000/- then also we have observed auto transmission sensor proble then also gandhi motors solapur", then they repalce the auto transmission sensor but not included in warranty so we paid the charges, then problem forwards to 40, 000 kms and then for 60, 000 kms so the sensor problems repeated for 4 times, and till now vehicle running is around 68, 000 kms with same problem We also observed clutch plate problem for our two car at 60, 000 kms the vehicles stop at exactly 60, 000 to 64, 000 kms Regarding this comlpaint we have visited lots of times to your solapur dealer"gandhi motors solapur" but we have not getting complete solution yet, we are having more than 200 cars in our organization of various brand, but till date we have not experienced such a worst customer service. The vehicle number mh14gn 9911 is submitted at gandhi motors solapur dated 23 july 2019, we are requesting you to give us the plan of action in writing and assured us that it will never repeats in future other wise we take legal action against you.
