Dear mr mahindra, Looking for your intervention, I have given my xuv 500 _ registration no ch01bq2319 dated 20 april 18 for repair to harbir automobile, phase 2, chandigarh. Shockingly till date repair work has not started. Reason provided is that they have paid in advance for parts to the company but company is not providing spare parts. I am not getting any commitment from the dealer for delivery of the vehicle. We own two of your vehicle's in the family and both xuv 500 and are looking for your intervention. Regards, Vinay sharma.
