1. The infotainment system of the vehicle stopped functioning just few months after its purchase. The issue was raised with the dealer immediately wherein it was informed that the infotainment system has to be taken out from the vehicle to send the same for repair. On 24/09/2022 the vehicle was brought to the dealer's workshop and infotainment infotainment system was removed.
2. On 21/12/2022, it was informed that the defect in the infotainment system has been fixed and same is to be refitted to the vehicle. When it was refitted, to my utter disappointment and after waiting three long months, we were back to square one. The issue had not been resolved and similar problem persisted as during first complaint. It appeared as if the system had never been sent for repair. The infotainment system was again removed. We were informed that we will be contacted as and when the issue is resolved.
3. Now, as i submit this complaint today, 7 months has already passed since the first complaint was raised with the dealer. I am yet to hear from the dealer regarding the issue.
4. It is requested to kindly look into the matter and sort out the issue.
