[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — defective power window | |||
This is to inform you that i have purchased a mahindra xuv 500 from supreme motors, howrah, kolkata on 14.03.2019. Immediately, while the pdi there was a defect and left rear power window does not work. Everytime the fuse gets replaced, it keeps blowing off, also the same door child locks itself automatically and does not open while pressing the unlock button on the flip key while the other doors open. I have to manually open the door from the inside and change the child lock to unlock position (Even the diagram shown is reverse of what it actually should be) as it opens in lock position and locks up in unlock position. This is seriously a joke and mahindra needs to start thinking about how not to give defective and manufacturing defect vehicles costing 14 lakhs to it's customers. I urge the higher management to look into this and get this thing sorted as my car is lying in the service center the very next day i took delivery. The pdi should have done at the manufacturing unit itself before sending a car to the dealer. Please look into this, else i will have to drastic measures against mahindra.
