Mahindra And Mahindra — defective vehicle xuv500 w9 | |||
I bought a mahindra xuv500 w9 on the 31st of may 2019, from united mahindra faridabad, the car was delivered to me at 9pm and the very next morning i had to visit the showroom as there were a few unusual things happening with the car (The 4th and 6th gear were producing loud viberations, the gear was getting stuck, the panels within the cabin were lose and all this is the very next morning of buying the car. Since then ive visited the workshop on nine occasion for the same issue the car has completes 3000kms and the gear assembly has been changes, clutch master cylinder has been changed, internal door panel has been replaced. The seat covers bought from m2all were not properly installed so these people sent me to a factory in gurgoan were i spent 9hrs and had to drive 40kms one side and not to mention that the united showroom is 30kms from my house. Till date there is no solution the only thing i get in return is request that “sir give us one more chance to see what the problem is “. Its the worst experience ive had ever with any brand. I have been writing to anand mahindra, pawan goenka and mahindra customer relationa team but non of them have been responding. I simply want a replacement or refund.
