I purchased XUV 500 W 11 AUTOMATIC (O) from bathinda showroom on 28 Jun 18
and within one day found that the wheel alignment /balancing was incorrect and the car was going towards left.
Being a reputed company I had expected that the new car would be perfect. I am utterly disappointed.
On taking the various next day, the car was checked and the service centre did not have the requisite tools for alignment. They also dirtied the car leather seats.
I've demanded for a new piece as the car has undergone repair within two days of delivery and the fault is still not rectified.
