Dear Mahindra and Mahindra I am using XUV500 for last 3 years. Recently, I noticed an unusual noise while driving which on inspection by service centre, I was told that one of the side of foundation is broken. When I saw that, the body from underside was totally rusted and rotten. I have attached the photos also. It’s been only 3 years and car is always parked in garage and is well maintained. Such a condition and rusted body is not at all expected in a duration of only 3 years. I told the service centre to repair/ replace the part on 30/03/21. They said that the part is not available and has been ordered and will be available in 10 days. Now, it’s almost a month and the part is still not available with them. I have called them repeatedly but the response is not satisfactory. Its parked now for one month and I am not able to use my car for regular purposes and facing a lot of issues.
