Mahindra And Mahindra — delay in repairing the vehicle

To whom so ever it may concern,
I am fr, sijo, principal, ben garden high school, teok, jorhat. We own the vehicle no. As 03 t 3844, thar jeep, which had an accident last month and was given to the servise station jorhat in the name of ramnarayan shiwprasad, kenduguri, jorhat., at the time of receving the vehicle for repair, we were told that the parts would be coming in one week and it could be deliverd in one month, but on 1st of auguest i made a call to the concerned department of servise and repair and i was told that even the parts have not yet come...

This is just to bring into your notice sir that we are facing a big problem without the vehicle so please do the needful... Thank you... Fr. Sijo george,
