Mahindra And Mahindra — delay in replacement of parts under warranty | |||
I'm an owner of mahindra mojo 300cc. Im having a problem with my rear suspension and the speedometer. When i took my vehicle to the service centre they asked to wait for 10 days period to order the parts. Which is situated in goregoan mumbai (Sm auto service station). Its been a month now and the parts are still not available. When asked to them about the status of my order they told me it would take more 10 days. As im facing severe problem while riding my vehicle and i'm very much unhappy with the service given to me. Please take my complaint into consideration. Thanking you. I got my bolero top model serviced at shuhul automobiles at srinagar.. where head parts and services asked me to replace the parts mentioned in video and photograps.. i stayed at road to avoid any accident.. early morning when i called the concerned they refused to come...
