Mahindra And Mahindra — delay in replacement of parts under warranty

I'm an owner of mahindra mojo 300cc. Im having a problem with my rear suspension and the speedometer. When i took my vehicle to the service centre they asked to wait for 10 days period to order the parts. Which is situated in goregoan mumbai (Sm auto service station). Its been a month now and the parts are still not available. When asked to them about the status of my order they told me it would take more 10 days. As im facing severe problem while riding my vehicle and i'm very much unhappy with the service given to me. Please take my complaint into consideration. Thanking you.

I want to inform that vehicle reg. no. JK02BJ 7307 that the Owner has handover this vehicle to Mahindra Company. we have only NOC of this vehicle so, its a request to you to ask your lawyer to stop sending letters regarding to this vehicle to our residence.
